Community First Responder Schemes are made up of volunteers whose purpose is to provide emergency medical care until the ambulance service resource arrives on scene. We are two separate schemes (Redditch and Bromsgrove) working together to help the community.

Responders are trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service to provide emergency medical aid to people living and working in the local community.
